The candidate:
Clearly understand the design.
Prepares low level design documents.
Generates code as per company coding practices based on company standards
Performs unit testing as per unit test plans.
Fixes the problems noticed in testing.
Associate with/be responsible for the programming effort as assigned.
Follows the project management processes applicable.
To put up code or test results for review, as required.
Follows configuration management plans.
Ensures security and maintenance of programming/test documents as laid down in the Standards/Project and Quality Plans
Interacts with the customers if the need be.
